Thank you all for an overwhelming response on our poll last month on whether or not to include subtitles in our movies. The results are as follows:

With this in mind, it was clear that while subtitles would be very helpful to some, it would negatively impact the experience of others and may deter them from coming to the cinema.
With this in mind, we will use these results for our Summer Term screenings. We are currently thinking of having one subtitled screening and one non-subtitled screening per play week, which can either be on Tuesday or Thursday depending on your responses. These screenings will be advertised as such.
Please note that we will not be showing subtitles for the All-Nighter screenings in March.
