iCU Cinema Newsletter Friday 03 November We have got one of the summer's biggest blockbusters for you this week, we have Superman. Also we are showing A Scanner Darkly, even if you think the plot wont interest you, you have still got to see the unique graphics, they are awesome. Have you ever wandered how the cinema is run, well it is run by students giving up their time to provide you with one of the union's greatest services. Currently we have a lot of old students in the staff, and we need new blood to keep the cinema working. All we ask is that you can give up an evening and some time during the weekends to prepare the films and market the cinema. In return we will let you see the films for free, and you get something to talk about during interviews. Since the cinema is not union funded and has many aspects to its general operations, it looks great on the CV. So come along at 5pm on Tuesday or Thursday to find out how you can get involved in running the cinema. We still have not finalised the All-Nighter, so get involved and you can say, "It was me that made that event a success!"
