Little or Big, 2D or 3D, We're Seeing Double ============= Ant-Man is in a doublebill with itself this week. We're showing it in both the 2D and 3D variants so if you want to see it in 3D you can, and if you think 3D is a gimmick and you'd rather watch in 2D that's fine too! That said, unlike most cinemas we don't charge any sort of markup on the 3D showing - tickets cost exactly the same for the 3D and 2D showings - so you're not losing anything by coming to the 3D showing. We do have limited capacity for the 3D screenings (mostly down to the number of glasses we have available), so make sure you come by and get your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Hello, Freshers (and an apology) ============= We had a great time at Freshers' Fair today and it was good to see a lot of new (and old) faces, despite all the weather. Welcome Back! ============= Aaah, the fresh scent of a new year at Imperial. We've got a great lineup for you this term - hope to see you at one of our showings! For those of you rejoining us, we've changed the way our pricing works slightly. Instead of buying membership, you should purchase the annual Discount Pass, which confers the same pricing benefits as it used to. If you want to vote in our AGM, then you should continue to purchase membership as normal. As part of this, you no longer need to buy anything else in order to buy each term's Season Ticket, which entitles you to see every film which is part of our standard lineup (unfortunately this doesn't include NT Live or the All-Nighter - that's too good a deal!), so if you want to see every film this term, or even just most of them, then just grab the season ticket. For those of you who are new to Imperial (or our mailing list), we have a stand at Fresher's Fair! We'll be in the Union Concert Hall on Level 2 of the Beit Quad, which you might recognise as where we hold our screenings.
