You must all be back in the office after Thanksgiving! I am already getting replies about the slides mentioned in my last message. Two points of clarification: 1. Yes, there are more jobs going than candidates at the moment, and yes, they tend to learn on the job, but if universities start to train them, by the time they emerge in 4 years (?) time the whole situation could be quite different. So the current training situation of "sitting alonga Nellie" will probably persist. 2. "p.a." in Slide 22 means per annum. Apologies for duplicate messages.
