CAS is withdrawing the "department 22" ids that it used to provide on a complimentary basis for external users such as ACS officers and editors. Almost everyone now has their own email service and the xtrn ids are no longer really needed. All ids of the type xxx22@xtrn.org cease to be valid effective July 17.
