This is a nicely done page. I noticed an interesting trick (near the bottom of the page) of displaying a bond distance within chime. The key seems to be the "monitor" keywork within the embed command. There is no mention of this command in the MDL chime pages. Can anyone shed some light onto its use - it looks pretty straightforward but I would like more complete info.
