Molecule of the Month - March
Hi, March's MOTM is cis-gamma-irone, which is the violet-like smell of some iris oils, and is a major fragrance used in the perfume industry. It has been written by Jean-Marie Galano, a PhD student working at Aix-Marseille University in France.
