Hi folks, Has anyone noticed problems with .PNG files? One of my students did a web site using some .png files, and try to load any of his pages in Internet Explorer 4 caused the program to close down. OK - I don't usually run IE4 (or IE anything, if I can help it) but it seems that the people at the RSC are still running that. They say "As far as I'm aware we're due to upgrade our kit next year, which probably means that's when we'll upgrade our browsers to IE5." However, if you are using PNG files, it is probably useful to know about the problem.
