Collections of Hyperactive Molecules using Chime
These two new Chime sites implementing Chemical MIME came to my attention via Tim Maffett of MDLI http://www.kenyon.edu/depts/bmb/chime.htm (DNA stuff) http://structbio.nature.com/1996-April/thesolutionstructureofhivnefre http://structbio.nature.com/1996-April/identificationoftheprimarymeta These two from Nature (!!), who are now publishing protein structures in this format! If anyone knows of other collections, do let us know. Unless things get out of hand, I will try to keep URLs of the best ones on http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/motm/ Dr Henry Rzepa, Dept.
