We are currently working on a project to develop materials on the World Wide Web which may be useful in the learning of chemistry. To help with this we are trying to obtain the views of students on what they have found useful, whether they are encouraged or discouraged from using the Web by staff, and what features they would like to see on Web sites aimed at learning chemistry at university level. We have set up an on-line questionnaire at http://www.keele.ac.uk/depts/ch/netionnaire/intro.html which is aimed at all students on taught chemistry courses at university. We would be very grateful if you would bring the existence of this questionnaire to the attention of students, and encourage them to respond. The results of the questionnaire will be summarised and posted on the same site at the end of March. We hope they will make interesting reading and be of use not just to ourselves, but to others who may be doing similar work. Thanks in advance if you are able to help. -- ********************************************************************** Paul Yates | cha18@keele.ac.uk | Department of Chemistry | +44 1782 583044 | University of Keele | +44 1782 712378 (FAX)| Keele | | Staffordshire | | ST5 5BG | | United Kingdom | | ********************************************************************** chemweb: A list for Chemical Applications of the Internet.
