Rotating 3D images for use on Web pages

Hi there, Could anyone offer any help/advice on how to generate 3D rotating simple inorganic/organic molecules which can be used on Web pages ? It appears there are a number of different ways I could do this, but since being a novice I would prefer a relatively easy/straightforward solution if possible.
