I have a number of structures created in Chemdraw, and would like to include these in my web pages. The program does not offer a .gif extension file type. Could anyone suggest how I might do this please?
Funny you should ask, but I just managed to sort this problem last week! We had images on ChemDraw for a Mac and so we opened the .pict files up on the software for a scanner attached to the Mac. The scanner s/w supports gif/bmp files. It's a long winded way but it seemed the only way. MS-Word Assistant wouldn't do the conversion as it should have done.
