Hello Chemwebbers, I am starting to write rasmol scripts for use with RasMol in addition to Chime. I have an operational script and have observed the following problem: The first line in the script is to load a molecule. However, the molecule does not get shipped by the server so RasMol is unable to find the file (not yet being on the client's computer). I don't want to set up the entire PDB on our server, frequently I use small molecules built in other programs so this wouldn't help anyway. What do I need to change to make this work?
