Michael, As far as I am aware, Version 2.6 SP3 works fine with IE 5.5 SP2. I believe support for IE 6.0 will follow. This has been discussed on the Rasmol list which you can find at: http://www.umass.edu/microbio/rasmol/raslist.htm. I hope this helps, Anthony Lewis C.
